We are airport transfer specialists. We offer Gold Coast Airport transfers, Brisbane Airport transfers, transfers to Byron Bay, Schoolies transfers, Gold Coast theme park and attraction transfers and specialised group charters.

We guarantee to provide you with the following:

Expect From Our booking team:

  • Excellent telephone service for all bookings and customer inquires.
  • Phones answered promptly and efficiently.
  • Happy, clear, professional voices.
  • Email confirmation sent within 24 hours of booking being made, on request.
  • We are contactable 7 days a week.
  • We will create bookings for the following day up until 6pm AEST every day, subject to availability.
  • We will make alternative arrangements for you if your flight is delayed using the most effective solution for you.

Your personal driver will:

  • Be on time or if they are running late you will be contacted.
  • Be there, on time to meet and greet you.
  • Hold up a welcome board personalised to you or your client.
  • Greet you in a happy and polite manner.
  • Open the car door when entering or leaving.
  • Cater for your needs to travel in silence or play mellow music.
  • Have your requested child seats installed on pick up.
  • Always adhere to speed limit and get you to your flight on time, every time.
  • Uphold a high personal presentation standard.

Our service guarantee is subject to normal and/or usual traffic conditions and flight times. We will do everything possible to ensure our clients are transferred to their destination on time, every time however circumstances may occur that are beyond our control and affect our service. We cannot guarantee all transfers that we outsource to third party providers however we will do our upmost to ensure their service meets Airlink Express Airport Transfers’ standards.
