TERMS and CONDITIONS
Airlink Express may at any time amend this site's terms and conditions and pricing without notice. Amendments posted on the site and will take effect immediately.

BOOKINGS

24 hours notice of travel is preferred however Airlink Express will take bookings within this period subject to availability. Bookings within the 24 hour period must be prepaid or no transfer is possible. Airlink Express requires all passengers to be ready to board the vehicle at the nominated pickup time.

CONDITIONS OF TRANSFERS

a)  Airport departure times may vary to meet some flight arrivals.  Please check with Airlink Express for pick up times and further details.
b)  Airlink Express will not be responsible for traffic or unforeseen delays incurred and recommend travellers take relevant travel insurance.
c)  International Flights - Pickup time is indicative only as all passengers need to be cleared through customs and departure time is at the discretion of Airlink Express. Average departure time after international flight arrival is approx. 40 minutes.
d)  Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person.  Excess baggage will only be carried at the discretion of Airlink Express.  Passengers are requested to label luggage including full address.  Airlink Express accepts no liability for loss or damage to luggage, personal and or valuable items.
e)  Due to Government regulation, the consumption of alcohol or smoking is illegal on buses.

f) All transfers are point to point at time of booking; additional pickups and drop offs not included in the original booking may incur additional charges

PRICING POLICY
a)  All prices shown are retail, include GST and are shown in Australian Dollars.
b)  Airlink Express reserves the right to amend transfer prices.  Prices quoted will be effective ie  current on the date of booking. Refer to tem CANCELLATION POLICY for further information on 'regular' bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will only be made subject to the following terms (other than specified):
A minimum A$5.00 Administration Fee is applicable to all cancellations.
*Cancellation notice received more than 24 hours = 100% refund less administration fee
*Cancellation notice received less than 24 hours = 50% refund less administration fee
*No cancellation notice and/or a failure to board = Zero refund
